U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is an agency of the United States Department of Homeland Security that administers the country's naturalization and immigration system. All USCIS forms are free and can be found on their website.

Department of State National Visa Center

After USCIS approves your immigrant visa petition, USCIS forwards your petition to the National Visa Center (NVC) in Portsmouth, New Hampshire for immigrant visa pre-processing at the correct time.

The Visa Bulletin

The visa bulletin is issued every month by the Department of State.

Consular Electronic Application Center

Immigrant visa applicants in some countries use a Department of State online application center to submit required fees, forms, and documents to the National Visa Center (NVC) for review. This tool is called the Consular Electronic Application Center, or CEAC. It’s secure, easy to use, and faster than the traditional mail-in application process.

Registration to DHL Courier Service

Once the petitioner or beneficiary receives the notification with your appointment date from the National Visa Center (NVC) for Immigrant or Nonimmigrant Visa applicants, each and every applicant will need to register their interview date, and the DHL courier service, in order to have your passport returned upon completion of your case, and/or document submission if requested by the Consular Officer.

Free legal clinics are offered in partnership with the Muslim Community Resource Center (MCRC) at the Muslim Association of Puget Sound (MAPS) in Redmond, WA.

National Iranian American Council (NIAC)

Since 2002, NIAC has grown to become the largest Iranian-American grassroots organization in the country, with supporters in all 50 states.

Counsel on American Islamic Relations (CAIR-WA)

Harvard Act on a Dream

Harvard College Act on a Dream is a student-led, student-run organization at Harvard College dedicated to eradicating the barriers that immigrant students face in realizing their full potential. The website includes student stories, a scholarship database, and additional resources for undocumented students and others looking to learn more.

The Law School Admissions Council (LSAC)

Also offers a fee waiver for the LSAT for candidates who are unable to pay for the test. If you have DACA or have applied for DACA you can apply for the fee waiver.
